Frequently asked questions
How often should I have a check-up?
We recommend a dental check-up every six months for most patients. Some patients with a history of gum disease, decay, or complex dental needs may benefit from more frequent visits. We’ll recommend the right schedule for you at your appointment.
Do you see children?
Yes. We treat patients of all ages, from toddlers to seniors. We also bulk bill eligible children under the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS), which provides up to $1,095 in dental benefits for eligible children aged 0–17. Ask our team whether your child qualifies.
What happens at a check-up?
A routine check-up includes an examination of your teeth, gums, bite, and soft tissues — including a screen for oral cancer. We’ll take X-rays as needed, provide a professional clean, and discuss any treatment recommendations. The appointment typically takes 45 to 60 minutes.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We accept all major health funds and process on-the-spot HICAPS claims. For larger treatments, we offer payment plan options through TLC, Zip, and AfterPay. Speak to our reception team about what suits your situation.
Do you bulk bill?
We bulk bill eligible children under the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS). We also accept DVA Health Cards. For all other patients, we process same-day HICAPS claims with all major health funds.
